All those yarn pictures were making me dizzy! It's a good thing they are safely put away and out of sight for now. In fact, I've been making a concerted effort to knit with only stash yarn for a while now. I have a basket filled with yarn I bought at Stitches South this Spring, as well as yarn that has been given to me over the past few years. My latest pair of socks is made from one of these gifts.
- Textured Rib Socks from Sensational Knitted Socks. I have a fondness for ribbed patterns, and this one is especially nice.
- Numma Numma "Toasty" in the Nutella colorway. As always, Toasty is one of my very favorite yarns. A joy to knit and wear.
- Cat - not mine. That's Figaro, who belongs to one of my neighbors. He's been hanging around quite a bit lately, and is usually to be found sleeping under the fig tree in the back yard. Fig under the fig, as it were.
I'm also going to start another pair of socks. These will be with the Malabrigo I bought at Sock Summit. Now off to chose the perfect pattern.
